Return/Refund Policy

  • Refund/Return policy valid if item is not working/damage/received missing items only. Buyer should inform us within 5 days of courier receive to raise a return/refund issue. Buyer need to WhatsApp Us on 9163503811.

  • We will ask for details videos of the problem that you face with the item/items. Proper and clear Video is necessary to understand the issue. Our main motive is to solve the problem. We take return courier from buyer address. On some areas, we do not have return pick up facility. In that case the buyer need to courier us the item at our address. In that case buyer get up to 70 rupees as a courier charge from our side. If courier charge is more than 70 rupees then the extra amount need to pay from buyer side. Buyer may use India Post courier for low price.

  • After received the return courier we will check the problem from our end, if it’s same as per your description then we will send you a new item by courier. Plz make sure that the pictures you show about items should be same of what we receive. If we got a damage or broken item, which was not in the pic that you share of the item, then we cannot proceed for return/refund policy. So plz make sure the items will be properly pack with bubbles so that it can’t damage in courier. If items are solder, tear, broken like  motor, lithium ion, battery pack etc are not eligible for refund/return policy. 

  • After receiving the items and checking whether it goes to be refund/replacement is fully our decision. We will also talk with buyer to help him out.

  • If Items found missing in the courier then the buyer need to inform me within 5 days of courier receive. We courier the missing items separately to you.

  • Order Cancelation – if you cancel the order before your item ship then we refund you the money. But we take 4% off the total Amount as a transition charge as you pay through Rezorpay payment Gateway.

  • Now if you item already courier then we can’t able to cancel it. You need to do that from your end and cancel it when courier is out for delivery. On that case we deduct Shipping charge + RTO charge. Shipping Charge and RTO charge are same. Mean if you purchase a 775 motor you paid 350+49, where 49 for courier charge so on refund you get back 399-(49x2)=301. Its may take max 1 week to get refund on you account. Buyer also need to give proper reason for cancelling the order.
