Refund/Replacement policy valid if item is not working/damage/received missing items only. Buyer should inform us within 3 days from the date of courier receive.
To register your complain you need to email us on email@example.com mail id.
On email subject write - "Retun Request"
In the email this following information should be there -
Order No (You can find it in e-mail which you have recieved from myinnovation.in during order)
Item photo (in case of damage item receive)
Video Link (in case of item Not working), (Google Drive or One Drive). which will show your set up with the item with all connections made, contain proper explaination of the problem.
Details of Retun Policy -
Buyer Should keep The Original Package, Packaging Material and Items till the problem solved. Without this items return process will be cancel.
A detailed videos should be send of the item. Proper and clear Video is necessary to understand the issue.
After approval of return request, buyer need to courier the item/items to our address. Courier Should be made within 1 week after approval of return request. Upon receiving your package we will test it, if the problem found in the product as per your description we will Replace the item or refund the amount. In that case buyer will get up to 70 rupees(for up to 0.5 kg) as a return courier charge from our side. If courier charge is more than 70 rupees then the extra amount need to pay from buyer side. Buyer may use India Post or any other courier service he/she may wish.
Buyer also need to show us the courier slip.
After receiveiving the return courier we will check the problem from our end, if it’s same as per your description then we will send you a new item by courier or can refund you the money.Final decision will be taken after consuting with the buyer. Plz make sure that the pictures you show about items should be same of what we receive. If we got a damage or broken item, which was not in the pic that you share, then we cannot proceed for return/refund policy. So plz make sure the items will be properly pack with bubbles so that it can’t damage in courier. If items are solder, tear, broken like motor, lithium ion, battery pack etc are not eligible for refund/return policy.
Note - For some items like BMS and Power Bank Modules retrun will not accepted if found solder mark on the item.
After receiving the items and checking whether it goes to be refund/replacement its fully our decision. We will also talk with buyer to help him out.
If the product found in fully working condition and nodamage will be found as per customer claim we will reship the item/items to the customer and the courier charges for the same should bear by Buyer.
Missing Item -
If Items found missing in the courier then the buyer need to inform us within 3 days of courier receive. We will courier the missing item/items separately to you. Buyer Should keep The Original Package, Shipping Lable,Packaging Material and Items till the problem solved. WithOut this items return process will be cancel.
Once order place No cancellation will be entertained.
Time for Refund Ammount -
Its may take up to 1 week to receive refund on you account.
