Its DPDT 6 pin switch. Its used for change the direction of motor both CW and CCW. We also provide connection diagram if you want. 
Switch rated for 16A.  best for hign load applications.
push type means you press the swtch its on and leave the switch its off ( suitable for go kart, ecycle, car, drill ect)
on/off type means you press switch on, after when you press again it will off that time. ( in long time work this suitable)
