Its 12715 Thermoelectric Peltier Module. This module is max 15 amps load current and 12v operating.
Dimension of this module is 40x40 mm. Use water Block for proper cooling of this module. 12v 20Amps SMPS should be used or battery of lead acid or lithium ion to power this module.  This peltier module has more power than normal 12706 peltier module.
